You've created a really inviting list of things to do when visiting New Zealand. You haven't said it specifically, but I think you're suggesting that summer time would be the best time to come. Is that your suggestion? I'm guessing that because you're talking about going to swim in pools and finding shady trees to lie under.
I can imagine that summer in Auckland is beautiful. I'm glad that you get out to go swimming in local pools - so fun! And it's so important to get lots of exercise, isn't it?! I love to walk my dog and to ride my bike so I'm out every day doing one thing or another.
It's very cool that you incorporated colour into your 5th suggestion of visiting the Sky Tower. Have you ever been up the Tower to look out over the city? It must be quite amazing to be that high in the sky!!!
I've been up a tower that we have in Toronto, called the CN Tower. It looks very much like your Sky Tower, actually. It's so high that when I was at the top it was rocking back and forth a bit in the wind. That was a little scary, I must say! But the tower has been standing for many many years so it must be well built and safe!!
I hope you're having some new adventures this summer during your holidays. And I'm glad that you're also choosing to participate in this Summer Learning Journey program. Good for you!!
